JISC (2009) Effective Practice in a Digital Age Bristol UK: JISC

From JISC’s publication web site:

Effective Practice in a Digital Age combines the outcomes of research with examples of current practice. Effective Practice in a Digital Age is designed for those in further and higher education whose focus is on designing and supporting learning: academic staff, lecturers, tutors and learning support staff, facilitators, learning technologists and staff developers. What unites this diverse group is their interest in enhancing the quality of learning and teaching, and a curiosity about how technology can assist them.

A note on JISC

JISC supports UK further and higher education and research by providing leadership in the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in support of learning, teaching, research and administration. JISC receives funding from all the UK further and higher education funding councils.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have something like this in Canada?

Thanks to Richard Elliott of e-learningWatch for drawing my attention to this publication
