Thanks to those that have booked to attend the conference. It promises to be an informative 3 days in Cambridge.
If you haven’t yet booked, take a look at the Conference Brochure which is now available from the EADL website. It gives details of the sessions and timings, together with some information on Cambridge in case you get time to explore the historic city – strongly recommended!
For those of you new to online teaching, this would be a good conference, because it deals with best practices in ensuring quality for distance learners, based on over 40 years of research and experience. Much of it applies just as well to online learning as to the older print-based models, particularly learner support.
For North Americans, combine it with the EDEN and Terena conferences and save money!
