Article discusses the move by It’s Learning, a Norwegian learning management system, to break into the North American market. The main advantages claimed for It’s Learning is that it allows for the individualization of teaching, and is cheaper than both Blackboard and open source solutions such as Moodle, when technical support is factored in.
