This very LONG article looks ostensibly at the business that discussing millennials has led to for consultants (quoi, moi? Absolutement, non!), although in reality it is a wonderful unconscious description of the culture of the United States and the recent fads in their higher education system. Nevertheless, for those of you obsessed with this issue, there is a lot of useful stuff buried in this article.
