Two articles about the stupidity of U.S. states in their regulation of online courses offered from out of state.

Advice for students: just enrol, and get your accreditation from somewhere else than Bodeen State University – just make sure that the institution is accredited in their home state, if you haven’t heard of the institution before. Or do the regulators intend to throw students into prison for enrolling in a university accredited within California but not approved in Texas? Probably.
