My apologies for the very spotty service over the last month or so. I returned a couple of days ago from a three week holiday, visiting family and friends in Europe, ending with a glorious week in Umbria, Italy. I’m now back in rainy Vancouver, so will have more time now for developing this site.

He has provided consulting services specializing in training in the planning and management of online learning and distance education, working with over 40 organizations in 25 countries. Tony is a Research Associate with Contact North | Contact Nord, Ontario’s Distance Education & Training Network.
