If you can get past the really irritating Blackboard advertisement that blocks the whole content on all articles in the online version of Campus Technology, this article contains a useful account of how Abilene Christian University is using mobile learning for ‘real’ teaching. It has built its own interface/app for its LMS, as well as other more conventional uses of mobile phones. It is also getting students to use their iPhones/iTouch to create learning materials.
