Native American Times (2012) Native Learning Center Announces Launch of Online Learning Environment North American Times, August 3
The Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Native Learning Center has launched its own online learning environment, called Kerretv Online.
Kerretv Online will provide learners with information, resources, and activities while assisting the Native Learning Center in our mission of providing Native and Indigenous people with knowledge and skills that improve the quality of life through housing related educational programs. Learners will be able to sign up for and attend webinars, enroll in courses, access the glossary, and download information to share with others.
I would be interested in other examples of native or aboriginal peoples developing their own online programs (as distinct from having programs developed for them).
