I was reading a post on vocational education in another site ( http://www.bdeduarticle.com/category-table/116-income-prospects-of-vocational-education-and-training- ) and searching for more. Then I found this site. Here, I found a new things which is related to vocation education is being learnt by distance education or by e-learning. I think that’s a nice idea. Do you have any document regarding that how to implement it in third world countries?
