Gulf Times (2012) ictQATAR e-learning initiative receives tremendous response, February 9
Another interesting development from an Arabic country. Qatar (population 1.76 million) has 8,000 participants taking web-based training courses for working professionals across Qatar through its ictQATAR digital learning system and library of more than 4,000 online courses. The Qatar National e-Learning Portal program, built up by ictQATAR’s ICT skills department, currently has more than 60 organisations actively using QNEP courses.
